"After several calls to TJ in regards to our monthly premiums, he told my wife that we needed to pay the whole amount after dropping a vehicle from coverage because their billing department is slow. My original Representative from State Farm Martha, was on Vacation. Therefore, we were stuck with the incompetent TJ. Knowing all of the issues we have had, Martha didn’t have time in her busy day to give us a call when she returned from vacation. From jump it has been a nightmare. Either my name or my wife’s name was left of coverages. Im tired of multimillion dollar companies can’t take care of a Combat Veteran without numerous calls to get it right. I pray nobody else has these issues."
